What if I don’t vibe with the outfit when it arrives?
We understand that sometimes things don’t feel right. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can request an exchange or return in accordance with our return policy. Please ensure the product is unused, with all tags intact, and within the eligible return period.
Can I add my own twist to the outfit?
Yes. Our outfits are designed to offer styling flexibility. If you’re looking for size adjustments or specific customisations, you can call us directly. We’ll be happy to make alterations based on your measurements and preferences, subject to design feasibility.
3. How long will my order take — and can I keep an eye on it?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, you can track your order by entering your Order ID on our Tracking Page. You’ll also receive a tracking link via SMS or email for real-time updates.
